Artesano Sales Center

Sales stand (62sqm) divided into two modules connected by a glass roof and a spacious deck. The first module is a glass-walled lounge, and the second contains a meeting room, staff room, service area and two bathrooms.

This project was developed in collaboration with another architecture firm, with my team responsible for the construction project, detailing, and assembly. It is a modular sales stand built with CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber), designed to be dismantled and reassembled multiple times, adapting to the sales of different real estate developments.

The structure was conceived to ensure maximum efficiency and sustainability. The use of prefabricated modules allows for quick and precise assembly, reducing waste and minimizing environmental impact. Additionally, the fastening and connection systems were designed to preserve the integrity of the materials, ensuring that after each reassembly, no more than 10% of the finishes need to be redone. This significantly extends the stand’s lifespan and reduces operational costs over time.

The use of CLT as the primary material not only provides a sophisticated and welcoming aesthetic but also reinforces the project’s commitment to sustainability. Its modular and versatile design allows for different spatial configurations, adapting to the specific needs of each location and development.

With this innovative approach, the modular sales stand combines practicality, aesthetics, and environmental responsibility, offering a smart and durable solution for real estate sales experiences.
